No hate, still cool upgrade tho
Levelling is not tramming, and a BLTouch (or any ABL probe for that matter) is for sooner, while the latter is done with paper, feeler gauge, or eyballed during skirt or brim or with ABL support (e.g. see AutoBim).

Just Got Octoprint Up. Strange Bed Leveling Visualization Result
I suggest installing the AutoBim plugin to help you get it truly level/trammed. https://github.com/j-be/AutoBim
- Octoprint/Bed Visualizer is driving me crazy

Did someone manage to get "real" auto bed leveing working in Marlin 2. bugfix version?
Bummer. I kind of wanted it to be "stand alone", I am already using octoprint, I might as well continue using the Autobim plug in.
-
Any idea on how to get this working on and ender 3v2? (dwin screen and not the lcd programmable one)
I won't be updating my firmware for now as if I have to use octoprint I might as well use this plug in that I know for a fact works

After 6 months, this highly sloped mesh occurred out of the blue. Can’t get an accurate mesh now. Bed is level. Wiring and mechanics check out. Is this an Octoprint issue? Any other ideas?
use this plugin (shamless brag: I'm the author of the plugin. It is still a bit rough around the edges, which is why it is not in the official repository yet. If you have any suggestions, improvements, etc. let me know)

Should I be worried to see this after a manual levelling?
Alternatively, check out https://github.com/j-be/AutoBim. Shameless brag: I'm the author of this plugin. It is still rough on the edges, but it works. Feel free to ask questions/suggest improvements.

Should I fully trust the bed level graph?
Alternatively, you can use the old "disable stepper and move by hand" method or try https://github.com/j-be/AutoBim (shameless brag: I'm the developer of AutoBim, it is still rough on the edges, but it works. Be sure to read the README, and feel free to ask if you have problems or suggestions)

[Announcement] AutoBim, the semi-interactive bed tramming plugin for OctoPrint
Would be the issue I mention here - in your case for Y though and not for X. I really need to find a way to at least catch it, if not avoid it. Would https://github.com/j-be/AutoBim/issues/2 seem like a solution to you?
What are some alternatives?
When comparing Marlin and AutoBim you can also consider the following projects:
Marlin-2.0.X-MKS-Robin-Nano - Marlin 2.0.X for the MKS Robin Nano 1.1/1.2
Marlin-Ai3M-2.0.x - 🖨 Marlin 2.0.x optimized for the Anycubic i3 Mega 3D printer
Marlin - Optimized firmware for RepRap 3D printers based on the Arduino platform. Modified with a new DWIN T5UID1 touchscreen implementation.
ESP3D - FW for ESP8266/ESP8285/ESP32 used with 3D printer
