Besides ReVanced, there's also a Vanced Manager V2. Works flawlessly for me, especially the Sponsorblock integration.

Download "manager.apk" 6. Open your OLD vanced manager 7. Uninstall microG, YouTube and YouTube music 8. Install NEW manager 9. Install NEW microG first 10. Install YouTube 11. Install YouTube Music.
