We need more favorite slots
VRCX is a Windows application that acts as a companion for VRChat. It includes the ability to create even more favorite lists with unlimited memory (as its stored on your PC). It's important to note that VRCX is not a client modification and uses VRChat's public API within the bounds of the Terms of Service. The drawback is that it isn't integrated into VRChat's UI, so its a bit less intuitive (though it can be mitigated with the Wrist Overlay option).

Got banned and I don't even know why
Your not OP, the person I replied to, so that's like cool, if it's not your opinion, man. If VRChat is going to officially support VRCX, then awesome, maybe VRCX can update their GitHub.

Here's how to have a VRChat robot as your fallback avatar without too much of a hassle
You have only a few fallback avatars to pick from in game. However it is completely possible to use any fallback compatible public avatar as your own fallback but you need VRCX to do it (https://github.com/vrcx-team/VRCX/releases/latest). If you are unaware, VRCX is a neat little application to manage a lot of VRChat things like friends, groups, favorites and tracks stats like how long have you spent with any specific person in game.

Everytime I go on VRchat and this one particular friend of mine is on, they invite me within seconds of me joining vrchat.
you can use VRCX to get notified about friends coming online, or just set it to only notify of favourited friends you can get it here https://github.com/vrcx-team/VRCX

Could a blind person be in VRChat?
As for the menu... Got one idea: screen readers and VRCX (or Braille screens). In theory, most actions can be done through VRCX (changing an avatar, joining an instance, creating an instance), but you don't have access to preferences. Then again, those are stored in Winows' registry IIRC, so changing them offline with text-based editors isn't hard.

Ask HN: What weird technical scene are you fond/part of?
List of scenes that I am particularly fond of:
- Minecrat computer engineering: Culminated with this playable 3d simplified minecraft clone (CPU+GPU) https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-BP7DhHTU-I
- Shader computing scene: More of a subculture of an already marvelous subculture, people are finding weird ways to compute with shader

MIMD Interpretation on a GPU [pdf]
https://blog.pimaker.at/texts/rvc1/
No one seems to have taken up this line of research, most likely because it was too outside the norm, yet the results are amazing.

Is it possible to make a world where one can use a full web:browser?
If PiMaker was able to produce a fully working Linux kernel, I think a webpage would be possible.
