If anyone has older cards, can test it with VCEnc with a similar command of VCEncC64.exe -i -c avc --vbr 5000 --bframes 3 --ref 3 --b-pyramid --preset slow out.mp4
- Where can you use the 10-bit HEVC encoder in RDNA 2 GPUs? I tried Handbrake, Premiere Pro and Blackmagic Davinci Resolve. None of them seem to support it.

VCEEnc Changelog says HEVC 10bit and VP9 are supported.
