But then if it is https://github.com/TurboWarp/packager it seems it is a "package" build with npm (Javascript package manager?) and it seems you should not run it directly with it... but if you are running the result of packaging a project with it to exe, then maybe it make sense to run it with wine... but it begin to make me confused.
