I don't know if it would work, as I don't have an IMDB account and I haven't used this program in some time, but maybe TraktRater can do it for you.

Importing Letterboxd Data To Trakt Help
I've tried installing this: https://github.com/damienhaynes/TraktRater which is the most popular option reading around. I'm on a Mac though and it's a Windows application. I need to use something called Mono and I can't get that to work after 3 hours of trying. It's all command lines and what not and it's not recognising a single command line I need anyway.

Here's a list of apps I use. Either find something new yourself of recommend me something new or a replacement for an app I currently use.
You can export your IMDb ratings from the desktop site. Log in, click your username and go to your ratings. A the top click the three dots and export, it'll export to a csv. Letterboxd can import them from that csv. You can import them to Trakt, but you'll have to use TraktRater or something similar.

Are email addresses ever safe?
For receive-only e-mails, take a look at addy.io as a free alternative to DDG. It's easier to manage with an account page listing every alias you create, with the option to block if required.

Most emails end up in spam
My only complaint: 90% of the emails coming from AnonAddy, which is the alias service I use for all of my accounts, end up in the spam folder.

Any self hosted disposable email address generators?
AnonAddy - https://github.com/anonaddy/anonaddy/blob/master/SELF-HOSTING.md OR SimpleLogin.io The real issue you are going to face is being able to receive emails on your server. If you are trying to do this at home, most home ISPs block incoming port 25. Even on most cloud providers you will face the same problem.
