AFAIK there is no perfectly working solution currently. I've been using a slightly modified version of TikUp before, but it hasn't been working for a few weeks now. I had some success with tiktok-scraper, but it is only able to load a couple of videos and not nearly all of an account. youtube-dl and youtube-dlc unfortunately don't work either.
