Totk on steam deck 28-30fps, run great but gets HOT🔥
Without the autoupdater, you can go to https://github.com/TheNightmanCodeth/pineapple-src/releases/ ; pick the version you want, place it on your desktop or in the Applications folder, then manually add it to your Steam library, launching yuzu, you can then locate the folder where all your files need to be, in my experience, just switching the AppImage file (and adding that new file to Steam) allows me to update yuzu EA without changing anything to the files.

Even using the proper Yuzu fork, the depths performance is still abysmal.
As the title says, I'm currently using this fork of Yuzu that supposedly should improve the memory usage in the depths. However, even after deleting my shader cache I'm still only getting around 15-20fps. Is there a proper solution to this? I have expanded memory disabled.

For a smoother cyberpunk experience (2.0)
Install SteamDeck RefreshRateUnlocker and reboot ( I installed the full FPS range, 30-70). Set the game's refresh rate to 70 (Not 35) and the GPU clock to 1600.

Can't change steam decks refresh rate when docked, Ive been getting stuttery performance and wanted to lower the refresh rate to 30 as I'm using it as a second screen when docked
Damn I didn't remember that didn't go all the way to 30 hz! Try installing this, don't know for sure if it'll work on an external monitor though https://github.com/ryanrudolfoba/SteamDeck-RefreshRateUnlocker

Flickering when capped at 40FPS?

In some games 35 fps > 40
I've been playing with the 70hz mod: https://github.com/ryanrudolfoba/SteamDeck-RefreshRateUnlocker It works great for 70hz on old games of course, but I think even better is locking to 35 for newer games. Of course, whether you agree or not is subjective, but personally i've been really impressed with performance and clarity in many games when using it this way.

40fps/40hz or 30fps/60hz for better battery life?
I used this script to allow a lower screen refresh rate of 30hz. That with a 30fps cap feels buttery smooth and saves power by allowing lower TDP settings to reach the reduced refresh.
