Also, for /u/lol_alex, I use this piece of software https://github.com/zeman/data-whare which talks to my Enphase Envoy and TeslaFi and regulates the amps on my mobile charger based on my solar production and home consumption. That way my car is charged 100% using solar.

Optiwatt seems to be an actual scam intended to steal from people.
I have solar at home and have been using this piece of software by u/zeman https://github.com/zeman/data-whare which talks with TeslaFi and charges my car when there is surplus energy being produced. Pretty neat.
