Why does the "remember me" part of logging in just not work
Your observation is right. From own experience, Valve does closely monitor IP addresses on login. When anything seems fishy, Steam invalidates your saved credentials when you start it. Which requires you to type in your password and Steam Guard code again. This even happens if you use two Steam accounts on the same PC without special preparation (like not using an account switcher tool)
-
I made an account manager purely written in Python!
not really useful w/o "remember 2fa" feature, similar to this
-
Spacewar.
If you want to take extra precaution then create a throwaway email and steam account. Switch between accounts with TcNo.

ok, so I horded some stuff since lvl 14 waiting to sell on flea. Found out you can only sell two things at a time and they have to sell out. How can I maximize my profits while saving my stash space? The traders have been robbing me for 14 lvls I dont want to give my stuff to them lol
Its a bit late now, but tarkovtracker.io. Helps you know what you should sell and what to keep for tasks and what not. When I say its late, its late in the wipe so it might not be super helpful, but still a nice tool to use
- What are your goals for the wipe?
-
New to tarkov! What should I sell/keep? only level 7 I started pretty late and it's my first wipe (though I have played before but this is my first wipe I actually played)
Use https://tarkovtracker.io/ to track what items you need to keep with found in raid status. Then check item prices on https://tarkov.dev/ and keep only the ones that are 10k+ per slot more on flea than selling directly to trader, sell the rest. As soon as you reach 1.1mil, buy scav case to dump those flea items there. And when you reach level 15, sell those items and buy what you need for quests or hideout upgrades. Don't keep items that sells for 34k to trader and 36k in flea or 12k to traders, 15k to flea, stash space is valuable before you reach flea.

Can't imagine you have missed a quest, but maybe tarkovtracker.io can help you figure out what quest is missing to make it pop up.

Tarkov tracker?
I assume you mean this one https://tarkovtracker.io (though others are more or less the same idea). You just tick off quests completed and hideout modules built yourself and it will show what should be available as well as what items you need to hold onto. There is no interaction directly with the game and I would recommend to avoid such tools because those can potentially lead to a ban. In general assume that if some application does something for you in the game or alters the output in any way, it's quite likely to be a bannable offence and we just don't know about it because it's not popular enough yet.
