If you're having troubles with MMU, maybe this could help :)
First thing I did was printed custom "The Zero Beast" extruder. It's designed to be used with theirs custom firmware, which is easier to use for configuration, faster and more reliable.

MK4, MK3.5 and MMU3 leak
Restarts during printing happen due to the low voltage issue. Grab usb phone charger brick, plug it into the wall, and then connect the MMU's usb port to the charging brick. It'll supply enough current to overcome the low voltage issues, and should prevent restarts. Additionally, try installing TZB firmware on both the MMU and the printer - it seems to be more resilient against the voltage issues.

I flashed the TZB firmware to try on my MMU after people recommended it and it didnt work at all, wouldnt even load a filament. Im trying to revert to stock but now the MMU shows up as Arduino Leonardo and when i select the firmware, its says autodetect and wont let me flash the MMU. What do i do?
You're working with third party firmware. You have to follow the directions accurately and precicely. He even has uploaded videos of the flashing procedures on youtube which is linked in the github from the release page.

MMU had an error. Go to fix. Press continue. Printer just stop the print as if it was done showing 100% and some random time. What the hell is up with that? Not the first time this happens
Pretty standard MMU behavior. Which is to say hot-trash roasted over an open fire. Supposedly the zerobeast mod opens up better MMU troubleshooting but I have not sunken low enough to invest that much time into it. https://github.com/TheZeroBeast/TZB-MMU2S-Firmware/releases

Not sure if anyone needs this, but removing these two connectors disables the MMU and lets you run the printer in normal mode.
Zero Beasts mmu firmware git hub I have it and enjoy it quite a bit more than stock.

Multicolor Trackmania Author Medal with TZB extruder & firmware
Thanks to some awesome mods and firmware from TheZeroBeast https://github.com/TheZeroBeast/TZB-MMU2S-Firmware/releases as well as upgrading my tubing to 3mm ID for the extruder path and tubes from the buffer, I was able to get my MMU2S working again this and printed this after a torture test and more fine tuning

I3 Mk4 appears to utilize multi-material printed parts. Does this mean the MMU3 is finally being used for production @ Prusa?
Not sure, but part of the MMU2's issues stem from a design flaw in the +5v on the electronics. It scares me a little bit that they aren't really talking about the updates to the MMU yet - the only thing they'll say is that they've "updated it". I'm worried that they updated the printed parts and firmware and called it done. If they didn't also update the circuit board, the MMU3 is still going to be a piece of crap.

The MMU2's electronics board has a +5v design flaw. This shows itself in intermittent selector or idler movement failures. Sometimes I can jiggle the power and signal wires and that fixes it, but more recently I just connect a 5v power supply to the MMU's usb as others suggest, and that seems to fix the issue. Following their GitHub, it looks like they might have fixed this in software, but that software STILL hasn't been released and for the amount of grief this has caused....shiiiii.....The MMU3 better have a new board is all I'm saying.
