No, this is clearly based on deep training based methods. Traditional algorithms wouldn't have fucked up the text that badly. The artefacts in the video practically scream "i ran this clip thru SuperSloMo".

Tried so many different models but cant get good accuracy
I tried some other projects like [tabnet](https://github.com/dreamquark-ai/tabnet) they are also yielding *decent* results, but not more than 0.64.
