Stars - the number of stars that a project has on GitHub. Growth - month over month growth in stars.
Activity is a relative number indicating how actively a project is being developed. Recent commits have higher weight than older ones.
For example, an activity of 9.0 indicates that a project is amongst the top 10% of the most actively developed projects that we are tracking.

StrToNum - header only, String to Number conversion library that works with std::(w)string_view instead of null terminated strings. It's based on std::from_chars machinery but, in contrast, works also with wchar_t strings, which std::from_chars doesn't. https://github.com/jovibor/StrToNum

Using Exceptions for all Error Handling.... in Theory
This'll require that you write a lot of classes to constrain parameters. May I suggest you don't, and instead use snct::Constrained?

Error handling in API design
I would recommend also watching the second half of Ben Deane's Using Types Effectively and, if that made you think "I should start writing some Total Functions," I suggest you follow it up by looking at the snct::Constrained class for contraining input parameters.

Can I learn if a class has been templated on a specific type
I've went ahead and created a pull request: https://github.com/SRNissen/snct-constraints/pull/1

I created snct::constraints, a wrapper that lets you express constraints on parameters directly in code. This lets you write total functions, and puts the constraints right there in code so your users don't need to read separate docs to understand what does/doesn't violate preconditions.
What are some alternatives?
xpano - Automated photo stiching tool. Lets you import a directory of images and then export the autodetected panoramas.
Pepper - PE32 (x86) and PE32+ (x64) binaries analysis tool, resources viewer/extractor.
FolderScanUltra - Console based folder/drive scanner. Many report types, detailed output, can store results in a database.
AmsiHelper - Antimalware Scan Interface Helper
FluidSimulation
simple_raytracing_cuda - Simple Multithreaded Raytracing Ported to CUDA
mk_parse_int - String to int (in C89).
smolnes - NES emulator in <5000 bytes of C
osmanip - A cross-platform library for output stream manipulation using ANSI escape sequences.
thread-pool - A modern, fast, lightweight thread pool library based on C++20
Snake - A simple clone of snake made with C++ and nCurses
range - Express inclusive and exclusive ranges and test for membership
