I went through the same thing, and every source I read said it's best to install windows to the SD internal memory and use SD cards only for additional storage to whichever OS needs it. So I got the ps vita emulator on the quest 2
Vita3K, it's a cross-platform Vita emulator. And as the Quest runs Android, you can simply download the Android version and either sideload it into the Quest or if you already have a file manager installed in your Quest, just access the site directly from your Quest, download it and install.

Has anyone found a fix for Persona 4 Golden crash on Vita3k?
If you genuinely care about a fix for the game, you're better off assuming nobody has the answer to minor issues like these and instead creating an issue (if it doesn't exist yet) on the Vita3K Github, and adding as MUCH information as you can. Logs, Full Device + Driver Information, what worked, what didn't, etc. https://github.com/Vita3K/Vita3K/issues
