WinDeckOS is OUT NOW!!
A better approach would be to start with a proper ISO downloaded directly from Microsoft and run a post-install script that installs any applications, drivers, and system tweaks you prefer. A similar project exists that I use and recommend for getting a fresh Windows install running on Steam Deck.

WinDeckOs looks very promising!
The only thing different here are some inbox apps are removed and Steam + assorted drivers are installed out of the box, all of which you can do with a community installer script and community tweaking tools.
- considering build a OS using Windows 10 Pro might call it WinDeck 10

Windows on Steamdeck Question
I personally recommend SteamDeckAutomatedInstall post install. It automates the process of downloading and installing all the drivers and basic tools you need to get started.
- Used the CelesteHeartsong script on a fresh Win11 install. How do I update it with new versions? Or know what to update?

Diablo 4... native in SteamOS? or via Windows? (some context and links in the post on install options)
I have also installed windows and have run this auto installer of all the things driver-wise: https://github.com/CelesteHeartsong/SteamDeckAutomatedInstall/releases

Windows 11 Start menu ads are now rolling out to everyone
Tiny10 and Tiny11 were debloated stand-alone ISO's by a developer who chose some of the most despised default features & apps, and removed them in advance from the install media. Based on media from recent years these are still available, but appear to have been surpassed by the more versatile "Builder" approach where you can do more of a personal selection of extraneous features to retain or eliminate.
So now it's "Tiny11 Builder" which is like a template script you select your features from, and you have to supply your own Windows ISO which you download from Microsoft:
https://github.com/ntdevlabs/tiny11builder
After the process is complete you end up with your own custom Tiny11 ISO, debloated according to the Powershell builder script.
Using your Tiny11 ISO no differently than the original ISO from Microsoft, you can then clean-install that same debloated version on target PC's instead.
Once installed, it does have a smaller resource footprint, but this is Windows 11 so it's never going to be exactly "tiny".
Alternatively, Ameliorated seems to have taken a similar path to Tiny11, also for Windows 10 as well:

So you're removing the possible access to play my old games I bought?
It's on Github, but you have to provide your own Windows ISO for legal reasons.

New Update allows you to adjust how much RAM is pre-assigned for the GPU (way easier than doing it manually via BIOS)
Something like Tiny11 (or its builder tool, which is easier to audit than a pre-built ISO) should do?
