Got myself a laptop to play the trails in the sky series….
Voicescript (to match voice and dialouge line) and patch method is easily found on github but the voice data itself you just need a little bit of google.

Doubt about EVO mods for Trails in the Sky FC
I'm a bit lost since the only link to the voice mod I've been able to find is this, but doesnt seem to have the japanese voices for the Trails FC, only english and chinese

Having problems patching Sky FC with Japanese voice mods.
Did you check the mod creator's github issues section? maybe there's a solution there: https://github.com/ZhenjianYang/SoraVoice/issues
- Decided to replay FC and SC for the first time in a while. Completely forgot how Kevin is introduced at the beginning of SC. I laughed out loud.

Ys Origin, Felghana, and Napishtim are currently running wonderfully on Steam Deck…no issues after a few hours of play on each
Copying the files from your PC is not an issue but make sure to update your mod to the latest lite version which should have less compatibility issues for game updates.
- PSA: Apparently today's updates broke the voice mods for the Sky Trilogy

Trails FC: Can't install Japanese voices and EVO Opening
The SoraVoice mod (2018) in the mega link is out of date. Also, the latest version of the voice mod (2020) strips features to make it work but some people still have issues with it. Best bet is to use Soravoice 2019 and roll back the game version on Steam, assuming you bought it there, to the previous version. If you need more help ask on Falcord.
