Among the current ongoing browser wars is my class 12 cs project.
You might be aware of the whole manifest v3 issue rn, well I created my own browser from scratch and it's not a chromium fork. Check it out.

Here's my project, I implemented a html tokenizer/parser, a garbage css tokenizer/parser, a tiny but effective rendering pipeline and then I also worked on adding chromium as an alternative option to using my limited rendering engine.
