Is there a way to store a command line to fast use in Neovim?
I use something like this in my config, https://github.com/SmiteshP/Dotfiles/blob/master/.config/nvim/ftplugin/cpp.lua I have keybindings to quickly trigger gcc

Any distros that offer swaywm as default flavor?
You can install Arch Linux and use my dotfiles and you'll have a very nice Sway setup that works out of the box :)
