Skitia’s NPC pack: For BG2. Emily, Helga, Kale, Recorder, and Vienxay, all in one convenient installer. These mods come fairly well-recommended, but I haven’t played them myself, so I can’t comment. However, note that Vienxay, Emily, and Kale are all romance options.

Romantic Encounters for BG1 - with a caveat here. I don't install any of the sexy stuff (no judgment, just not my thing), but there are a few quests in it that I really like - two of them about delivering letters, and one about finding old love letters.

Romantic Encounters for BG1: wait wait hear me out! There are quests that don’t involve fucking anyone. One of them has you delivering some mail, and one involves tracking down some errant love letters to possibly reunite a long-separated couple.

Isra_NPC - This mod adds Isra Ghadir, a young paladin of Sune Firehair, to Baldur's Gate. You can find her in the Nashkel Mines region, trying (with no success whatsoever) to resolve Prism's legal difficulties
Baldurs-gate-dnd-3.5 - This is a WeiDu mod for BG:Enchanced edition that changes 2ed ADnD rules to DnD 3.5 with some elements taken from Pathfinder

ViconiaFriendship - This mod adds a series of dialogues for a female PC or a male PC who has turned Viconia down, and attempts to give someone who isn't interested in a romantic relationship something to bite into. But bear in mind that Viconia is not an easy person to talk to, let alone befriend. She has a mind of her own, and although she is willing to travel with you, she may not wish to become your confidante.
Alternatives - Alternatives offers two new possibilities to consider when making the decision about whether to side with the Shadow Thieves or with Valen's Mistress. In addition to the traditional two, the player may now opt to side with a group even the paladins in the party could have no objection to... or he may opt to skip the whole decision entirely and set sail for Maztica. Edwin_Romance - This is a Baldur's Gate II mod that allows the player to carry out a romantic relationship with Edwin Odesseiron, the Red Wizard of Thay. It also offers a less tragic epilogue for romanced and redeemed Viconia.
