TypeError: 'type' object is not subscriptable But i only get this bug on Linux it works fine on windows.

Deleting content of a JSON
I am adding a counting cog to my utility bot. when the channel is set it wipes the JSON file. I don't think I have missed anything obvious. if you need to full counting cog it is here COG
