For already bootstrapped users, get the new Sileo deb from https://github.com/Sileo/Sileo/releases and install it manually

ok this is strange indeed. Perhaps you can use TrollStore to install the beta one? If it works you should be able to add the dhinakg repo and upgrade it, or perhaps even the latest "Xina beta 5" is the same one actually (I'm not 100% sure right now).

[Question] Should you update these 39 packages after jailbreaking on Xina15?
If you are freshly jailbroken, I’d advise you to make sure you are on XinaA15 v1.1.7.1 and are using Sileo Nightly Beta 5. This would give you the most up to date Xina jailbreak and Sileo would block those updates you are seeing automatically for you.

The iPad Pro is a POS (rant)
Mine is less of a POS since it has an iPadOS version that can run TrollStore (unrestricted free sideloading to run emulators) and XinaA15 jailbreak. Even better if it could run MacOS. For such an expensive toy it's can't even run this web render without lagging that's fine on Galaxy S21 Ultra phone while multitasking.

Try installing XinaA15 again via AltStore (use this link/Ipa to make sure its the newest build.)
