Switching from Curb to Sense. (I have solar).
If you're a hacker, I've had a lot of success using senselink to copy values from my home automation systems into sense via a reverse engineered smartplug api.

after three years and many attempts to work through things with the Sense crew(they never accepted or listened to my suggestions) still more than 50% of my items are Other or unrecognized. I even put absolutely everything that plugs in, in my house in my settings and devices.

To enable it you'll need to install this through HACS. If you check the link there is a description of how to enable modbus through putting the inverter into programming mode (it opens up its own hotspot temporarily).
