Issues with SelectRender addon
Now, checking the github page for SelectRenderer, it says I need to put files here:

Gshade + Arcdps together
I found my solution however on the Guild Wars 2 Addon Manager, where I discover 2 little addons previously unbeknownst to me. These where SelectRenderer and libimgui. Together they allowed me to access both d3d9.dll files from different locations, thus allowing both addons to load and work together.
