If you are able to run Python process on a server, check out SatSale. You can run it with full Bitcoin and Lightning Network node, but it also has "xpub mode", where you just configure extended public key (xpub) of your, for example, mobile phone wallet (like BlueWallet or Blockstream Green), and it uses mempool.space to check for payments. So, even if not backend by a full node, at least it's non-custodial solution. https://github.com/SatSale/SatSale
