Can someone give me some ensight on using rtl-Sdr to find a high pitched or high frequency sound in my home and what type of antenna I should use
The word "noise" on https://github.com/eldraco/Salamandra is referring to radio signal noise, not the kind of noise you can hear with just your ears.

Someone is trying to track my exact location on instagram, is it possible?
If I wanted to find where you are, I wouldn't hack Instagram or any of your accounts. I'd just look up your username, find associated accounts, use RedditMetis to profile your Reddit history, maybe Social-Analyser to find other accounts you might own.
