This isn't true, trulyspinach has a power management kext for AMD that brings performance to pretty much being identical to Windows with the Core Performance Boost feature. Or you can just force the CPU into the P0 state. https://github.com/trulyspinach/SMCAMDProcessor/releases

I've tried playing around with the SMCAMDProcessor, but not had any luck. This is same with Cinebench

I would at least look around to see if your card needs any specific support, or ask someone who has more knowledge on Kepler (600 Series) hackintoshes other than me, but according to Dortainia, you'll need Lilu.kext & WhateverGreen.kext as well as a shikigva=40 boot flag.

Check out this page for your Lilu.kext and this page for your WhateverGreen.kext. When using WG, try using the boot arguments shikigva=40 which will set your boardID as an iMac14,2 which helps with some nVidia Support. If that doesn't help, maybe use agdpmod=vit9696 which skips the boardID check altogether which has been known to fix black screens. Installing WhateverGreen, in general, will most likely solve your issue though.
