world corrupted
You can also try to download SE Toolbox and try to remove buggy thing from there. Worst case scenario, you should be able to backup your stuff as blueprints from there.

What are your solutions for Conveyor Network Visualization?
Second option, few times mentioned in comments but without link to solution, use scripting tool to remove blocks from xml blueprint file. I was very surprised when I heard some famous ship builders made things by hand and not using tools. There is program called SE Toolbox that can already do a lot of stuff and is user friendly. Its probably 7 years old and has 50 releases. Short manual:

4.800 km planet Pertam / heightmap update 0.3
Well you could subscribe to/download the mod dependency (https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=2861576305), load ir for your world, spawn in pertam as usual and then use SEToolbox (https://github.com/midspace/SEToolbox) to scale it up to 4800 km.

Which ships would you 3d print?
About other stuff, if the feature wouldn't be in the game, I belive it would be implemented as part of SEToolbox program: https://github.com/midspace/SEToolbox that you can use to create ships from 3d models and much more cool stuff.

Star system with larger planets?
As Ry0nus says you can use the Star System Generator to create systems with larger planets, or you can use SEToolbox to re-generate planets with larger sizes.

I have SE installed on my D: but SEToolbox keeps saying that SE can't be located even thought he file path is correct. Y'all know what I'm doing wrong??

Any mods confirmed to corrupt saves after the update?
Since the update I can only launch most of my existing saves once, if I save that world or let autosave happen I can not load the world again. I've tried checking if the saves that it is happening in can be repaired with the most recent SEtoolbox, but SEtoolbox always crashes on trying to repair on the current version from https://github.com/mmusu3/SEToolbox.
