RsyncUI is a SwiftUI based version of RsyncOSX (Swift/Storyboard). RsyncUI is just released in version 1.0.1. It is signed and notarized. Why do you need the video cache in a cloud? You do realise that cloud=on the internet somewhere? Maybe you want a fine sync Utility like https://rsyncosx.netlify.app for one time sync or https://github.com/syncthing/syncthing-macos for keeping directories/drives/machines synchronised continuously.

It's a command-line app and as such rather difficult to configure. But using a GUI makes that a lot easier. Look at 2 slightly different option from the same developer: RsyncOSX manual here and/or RsyncUI manual here

There is a utility called rsyncOSX that uses a GUI to help you set up rsync. I used something similar years ago (the app I used isn’t in active development anymore).
