New GPD Win4 virus scan shows possible hot files. (HEUR/APC & HEUR/AGEN.1202327 )
There are almost certainly ways GPD could make their software appear less suspicious to AV. Just, having developed ReplaceOSK, I'm sympathetic to how you sometimes have to bend over backwards for that.

Is there a way to revert back to the Windows 10 style OSK in Windows 11?
You have better luck on /r/windowsondeck. But I'm using replaceOSK to have a different keyboard. I did had to change this as wel.

Windows 10 or 11 on steam deck I’m asking because I see a lot of people use windows 11 but I also see a lot of negative about windows 11 and that you should just use windows 10 I honestly can’t decide so is windows 11 actually better or worse then windows 10
I've used both. I have no preference over one vs the other. You can install ReplaceOSK on either to get a nice keyboard.

There are apps that act as middleware between Steam and these 3rd party launchers that can help. I use GlosSI.

You simply can't because there are no Drivers for it and Steam.exe is acting like the driver itself so that even projects like https://github.com/Alia5/GlosSI are piggybacking on Steam.exe's existence. You may try combining that GlosSI + SteamCMD (command line version) for a minimal impact on your system but you can't avoid installing Steam.

Now I assume you are running it through steam to make use of steam input. The workaround to run the launcher independently and still use steam input is to use glossi . Here’s a YouTube video on how to set it up: youtube .
