To create XISO disc images from them, use Team Resurgent's Repackinator app. The latest release at the time of this post: v1.3.0.

Plus, CerBios added support for compressed ISO images (.CCI files), which reduces the size of each ISO by a notable amount. So if you're using CerBios and don't mind compressing your library using Repackinator, that reduces the need for a huge HDD (>4TB). But this app requires you to already have a redump image of each game (unless they've updated it since I last tried).

Try Team Resurgent’s Repackinator to process ReDump ISO disc images to create split XISO and the attach app for them.

I guess you should add your report to the issue tracker.

Using the tool: extract-xiso

Download Extract-Xiso , the download option will be on the right side of the screen under “stable release” and extract it somewhere (same folder as your Xbox roms is recommended).

You can download it from the megathread and use extract-xiso to convertit (extract-xiso -r game.iso).

"Mod only" requires you to hexedit your games. This page has a list of hex codes to search for and then the string that you'll replace them with. To perform this, you'll need to extract the iso into a game folder, and then you'll edit the default.xbe file in the root folder. I used extract-xiso and extract-xiso-gui to do this. Drag and drop your iso onto the extract-xiso exe. One you've done your hexedits (I recommend HxD), then you can use the gui to click "create iso" and then select a folder. You can actually do all of this with just extract-xiso, but I was lazy and didn't feel like punching in dos commands to rebuild all my isos.
