Yabai – A tiling window manager for macOS
There is pro version you can buy if you want to support the dev and get a few extra features.
https://rectangleapp.com/pro
Rectangle makes much more sense to me on Mac than a tiling window manager like yabai. I tried to use it but it just felt kludgy and I went back to Rectangle. Suits my needs just fine.

What's part of your personal Shortcuts setup that you can't live without? Favorite way to run, hardware, ....
This started when I was unable to have apps appear on the correct monitor and in the correct shape / space. I played with a few window management apps and settled on Rectangle Pro.

Window Management & Snapping
Just curious, did you try Rectangle Pro? There are a number of features in it that are influenced by Windows, like mimicking the win+arrow keys, a snap panel that you can drag windows onto, and snap targets that act like fancy zones from Power Toys.

Swish is the greatest window management app for mac
Swish is pretty nice, but Rectangle Pro is the best. The window throw feature in Rectangle Pro is faster and more flexible, and to me it feels more intuitive.

What all things would I miss if I switch to macbook from Windows?
This is what Pro gets you.

Later: abandonware or not?
FWIW, the functionality here overlaps a bit with some of the functionality that I have in Rectangle Pro.

What's a good window management app similar to PowerToys?
RectanglePro a fully featured upgrade of the free app. Lots of different ways to configure window management but custom App Layouts is pretty impressive. You setup your app windows as required then you can save the config and reconfigure it with a shortcut. You can also create custom areas similar to BTT which can be activated from a Snap Panel which appear when you drag a window.
-
App LIST!!!
Rectangle Pro is their paid app, with is tuned for pros or something like that.

Tools that keep me productive
It all starts with the editor. Visual Studio Code (VS Code) is my go-to editor. I was using the Insider’s Edition for the longest time, but some extensions would try to log in and redirect to VS Code regular edition, so I decided to go back to it. That said, VS Code Insider's is very stable.

Developing a Generic Streamlit UI to Test Amazon Bedrock Agents
Meanwhile, a developer workflow that does not require access to AWS Management Console may provide a better experience. As a developer, I appreciate having an integrated development environment (IDE) such as Visual Studio Code where I can code, deploy, and test in one place.

Asynchronous Programming in C#
C# is very good as a language, have developed in it for 5+ years. The problem is the gap between what MSFT promises to management and actually delivers to developers. You really really need to fully read the fine print, think of the omissions in documentation and implement a proof-of-concept that almost implements the full solution to find out the hidden gotchas.
For example, even probably their best product VS Code only got reasonable multiple screens support last year: https://github.com/microsoft/vscode/issues/10121#issuecommen...
And then, on the other end of the spectrum, you have Teams.
