Did you try RealtekCardReader.kext and Realtek Card Reader Friend? yet? There's a ton of supported devices on there.

Some touchscreen load problem wish could get help.
SD card reader (cant't be load on boot sometimes with cholonam/Sinetek-rtsx, or can't be formatt with 0xFireWolf/RealtekCardReader);

Since the XPS line uses Realtek SD card readers, I'd check out RealtekCardReader.kext. I threw this into my EFI folder, updated my config.plist and voila! Worked like a charm.

After months of configuration and research, I give you Monterey's RC on my Dell XPS 9350.
Try this SSDT. It's working on my XPS 9350 3K touch edition, i've made it. Also, make sure to disable VoodooPS2 trackpad kexts, because you'll need VoodooI2C kexts.
