I had been addressing the task of sorting out the stations missing from the new update and had addressed it in an Issue on our GitHub because I ran into some software and coding issues that would make finding the missing data possible in a file comparison. I did find a software solution but it has its limits.

RadioSure automatic updates are gone. This is the working solution as of May 1,2022.
An "unofficial" database is also available at GitHub. You can expect monthly updates.

RadioSure station database for April 1st, 2022
I have signed up on github and placed my edited .rsd (in .zipfile) as needed by RadioSure. You can find it at JazzfanRS/Radiosure-station-database (github.com) Github is completely foreign to me. It seems too complicated for my needs. But that is just me. As more get involved, the process will become more familiar.

First of all, if you need to write a lot of files in the doc format, there's a lovely office suite called libreoffice! Also, cups is a decent print utility for most printers, I'd check that out as well.

Microsoft is killing WordPad in Windows after 28 years
Both Apache OpenOffice and LibreOffice are descendents of the original OpenOffice (what you're probably thinking about.)
LibreOffice is under very active development and can be downloaded from https://www.libreoffice.org/
Apache OpenOffice is effectively abandonware at this point, see https://wiki.openoffice.org/wiki/Product_Release It's mostly been maintenance releases since 2013.
If you want LibreOffice with support (or just want to support development), you probably want Collabora.
