Stars - the number of stars that a project has on GitHub. Growth - month over month growth in stars.
Activity is a relative number indicating how actively a project is being developed. Recent commits have higher weight than older ones.
For example, an activity of 9.0 indicates that a project is amongst the top 10% of the most actively developed projects that we are tracking.

how to handle interrupt with cpp??
For multiple UARTs one could use Templates to generate multiple static objects from the same class template. Then you only have to make sure not to use the same template twice. I did a Quadrature Encoder Class on RPi Pico where the pins are specified as template parameters so the callback functions and variables will always be unique. code example

- Hey! I'm building a mouse with an optical encoder but I have no idea how to code it. I found out that it works with quadrature modulation but it is way above my head. Is there library (that works with one channel) for that or an example code that someone could point me to?
