Two trackballs as a replacement for a gamepad?
Here is a tool I came across that can map mouse movement to keys, i.e. WASD. You could look for something similar that lets you map the mouse to controller left stick, which would give you better directional control in most games.

PTZ robotized cam support for Virtual Production
I did some quick research and as far as I can tell, there are no open source options ready to integrate VISCA with unreal engine. There is an open-source framework for VISCA control on this git repo, but unless you know how to integrate it into UE, that’s probably not too helpful.
What are some alternatives?
When comparing RMB and ofxVisca you can also consider the following projects:
win32-darkmode - Example application shows how to use undocumented dark mode API introduced in Windows 10 1809.
web-gphoto2 - Running gPhoto2 to control DSLR cameras over USB on the Web
winmerge - WinMerge is an Open Source differencing and merging tool for Windows. WinMerge can compare both folders and files, presenting differences in a visual text format that is easy to understand and handle.
cdbus - CDBUS (Controller Distributed Bus) Protocol and IP Core
wxWidgets - Cross-Platform C++ GUI Library
