Yes other people can see it! It could be used to change an avatars colors or really anything you do with a radial slider The setup is really simple, you make a blendtree that has your animations you want for 0% and 100% (In my case I animated a texture offset on an emission mask, and the value of the counter shader), add the HMDBat float param to your avatar + FX layer And then follow the rest of the instructions the OSC program has on its Github

How do you play VR chat living with family?
You can use this app called hyosc it can take text chat input from vrchat keyboard via OSC and generate a tts output, you just gotta setup virtual cable which should be simple enough
