How do I easily create a Flatpak from 2 sources?
Judging by the discussion in that thread that was linked, it uses Qt and QtWebEngine, so you'll want the KDE runtime plus the QtWebEngine BaseApp. (BaseApps are essentially precompiled starting points for building packages that provide bulky, complex things like QtWebEngine, Electron, etc.)
