I've been really trying to get away from advertisements and tracking by using FOSS apps via GitHub. There's a few alternatives I'm looking for and any other suggestions are welcome

I created an Open Source Do-Everything App
Im not sure when it will be available via F-Droid, if you want to find it in the playstore, search for "PocketPlan". I just added the binary to the github repo if you want to get it that way, but keep in mind you wont be able to receive updates that way, i would highly recommend just getting it via the playstore, as we have already pushed multiple updates to fix bugs etc.

Additionally, check out https://github.com/offa/android-foss for a well orgainized list of FOSS apps for android. Otherwise you can use aurora store(preferred)/apkmirror/apkpure with a browser for non FOSS apps; not as great of a user experience, updates are manual for the latter two, but I try to stay away from non-FOSS as much as possible, so I don't suffer greatly.
