Thanks Microsoft! Plex can't run as a service so it goes down!
Check out Plex Media Server Service. I've used it for 6+ years and it works great.

/r/Plex's Moronic Mondays' No Stupid Questions Thread - 2022-11-28
That aside, you can configure Plex to run as a service using PmsService, which will cause it to run on boot and without you having to touch the machine at all, so when it reboots for updates it will come back up unattended.

How to autologin with Windows 11
Mine worked for a bit then just didn't, and I could never get it to work again. I ended up downloading PMSservice.

Plex Media Server Version 1.27.2.5929 randomly crashing after recent update?
I just came across this last night so I'm trying it out. https://github.com/cjmurph/PmsService. It is very simple and even if I kill Plex in task manager it is restarted in less than a second. The log is helpful in knowing when it crashed.

Plex Server randomly stops working (Windows 11)
I rolled back to 10 because I kept getting stopped on 11. You could try using the PMS Service wrapper to make it automatically restart https://github.com/cjmurph/PmsService

Stop running plex as a Windows Service
Do you remember the process you went through to set up Plex as a service? If it was this GitHub project, it has instructions at the bottom of the page for removing it.

How to Launch Plex server without having to login to your computer?
You'll have to run Plex as a service, which isn't supported out-of-the-box, but this project should make it possible. Or run a different service that logs in for you automatically.

'Canada Is a Video Piracy Hotspot While Brazil Sees Piracy in Decline'
I think you’re in a different bubble. If no one used vpn for torrents why is one of the top docker images for transmission one to support vpns? No ones spending money on a seed box that’s just casually torrenting.

Transmission (and Other) Notifications
I would try the absolute path of the script and see if that does it for you. I'm running transmission on docker using haugene/docker-transmission-openvpn and that's the absolute path within the container, but YMMV if you're running the program somewhere/somehow else.

I'm an idiot and need some experienced eyes to debug VPN and Gluetun crashing
I haven’t used GlueTUN so can’t help unfortunately but I do use this one - https://github.com/haugene/docker-transmission-openvpn and it seems easier and safer (the container stops if the VPN is down)
