How to verify only one RG album gain value exists per album?
You would need something more advanced like javascript. Maybe Playlist Tools script could do it, but I have not had a chance to check it out yet...

Local radio in foobar2000?
We do in a way, though it can be complicated to setup. Have a look at Spider Monkey Panel + Youtube Source + Find & Play script - it can make a library mix for local tracks, or remote tracks streamed from YT. (Be sure to get the latest beta of YT Source)
-
Way to show YouTube Source playlists in Genre/Album/Artist filter?
Yes, if you want to auto-tag artist/album names, use Find & Play script (w/ Spider Monkey Panel) to add tracks. Top left button will switch source to MusicBrainz to get complete artist discography - simply click an album to load to playlist. (The script searches YT to match tracklists, and maybe uses a popularity logic, might not always get the best track versions)
-
Spider Monkey scripts you like?
The "big three" scripts by WilB are invaluable to me - Library Tree is closely approaching the best library viewer foobar has seen, it already mimics a lot of Facets, and the next version will apparently bring it even more in line with that. Biography auto-downloads and displays artist photos and missing cover art, and lets you read those in-depth artist wikipedia articles directly in foobar. And then Find & Play lets you listen to albums you do not even have yet - wondering what else the currently selected artist has done? In one click you can see everything they've released and load an album into a playlist, ready to stream from YouTube. (I mean, come on!)

Questions from someone considering migrating from Spotify to foobar2000.
For music discovery in foobar, the best option is the Find & Play script, which pulls data from Last FM and MusicBrainz to get similar artists and load complete albums / tracks / music videos into a playlist, which you can then play streaming from Youtube (usually in OPUS ~148 kbps)

Component for online music streaming
Find & Play script (for Spider Monkey Panel) is honestly pretty great. Makes it easy to get complete albums, tracks, music videos (etc) streamed from Youtube. It even has "Auto DJ" algorithm to load similar artists or genres into a playlist.
