Is there any "customize web interface" before?
I was planning to use grafana and seek this link.
-
What else can I run alongside PiHole?
Sure. I followed this tutorial: https://github.com/Brandawg93/Pi-Hole-Monitoring

Setup an own historical web frontend to gather all info from flexpool
You can check the mining dashboards project. The most advanced dashboards are for flexpool.

I'm happy with the final result of integrating my mining rig statistics into Grafana - Mining - Grafana - Ethereum
I did something similar available here with a live version here (mostly for flexpool).
-
Script to pull unpaid balance on Flexpool or Ethermine directly on Google Sheets
If you want to create beautiful graphs, you can do it with Telegraf/InfluxDB/Grafana (aka the TIG stack). For now, flexpool, HiveOS and fiat currencies are supported. Feel free to contribute.

Flexpool???
I've created a repository for the snippets I use on my own stack with screenshots. I haven't tested them on a new infrastructure but this is a good start. I will probably add a Docker tutorial to make it easier to use.
What are some alternatives?
docker-compose-grafana-influxdb - Demo purpose scripts for running Grafana with InfluxDB as datasource.
Grafana - The open and composable observability and data visualization platform. Visualize metrics, logs, and traces from multiple sources like Prometheus, Loki, Elasticsearch, InfluxDB, Postgres and many more.
pfSense-Dashboard - A functional and useful dashboard for pfSense that utilizes influxdb, grafana and telegraf
grafanalib - Python library for building Grafana dashboards
pi-hole-unbound-wireguard - Turning your Raspberry Pi into an ad-blocking VPN with built-in DNS resolution using Pi-Hole, Unbound & WireGuard.
slurm-monitoring-public - Monitor your high performance infrastructure configured over slurm using TIG stack
tig-stack - TIG stack (Telegraf/InfluxDB/Grafana) wrapped in docker
Monitoring - Monitor ESXi, Synology, Docker, PiHole and Raspberry Pi and Windows using Grafana, InfluxDB and Telegraf
grafana-speedtest - Small project demonstrating the use of Grafana and InfluxDB for monitoring the speed of an internet connection
HydroPynics - Hydroponics control on Raspberry Pi with simple docker based monitoring stack
cache-domains - Domain Names required for LAN Content Cache DNS spoofing
py-flexpoolapi - 🐍 Pythonic wrapper for Flexpool Public API
