How to download drivers when you upgrade on to another GPU
Depends if the drivers you have already have the GPU drivers already but if you want a clean slate you can use DDU first then install fresh from www.nvidia.com on the latest driver
-
Certain games aren't rendering properly.
Then, reboot and head to www.nvidia.com to download the latest drivers for your GPU.
-
How to fix this bc I've cleared space for it
Try it manually from www.nvidia.com, the file is at least 900mb so if you have a couple gigabytes free it should be fine

Nvidia cuda install
once it gets to the point where I enter nvidiia-smi I getMNVIDIA-SMI has failed because it couldn't communicate with the NVIDIA driver. Make sure that the latest NVIDIA driver is installed and running. I downloaded the driver and had to run it in root where I was told I had X runnning and had to turn it off and to visit www.nvidia.com but there is no help there. I was also told to see /var/log/nvidia-installer.log for details. Any ideas?

Can't adjust brightness after Windows 11 and Nvidia updates.
Display driver uninstaller, remove all Nvidia GPU drivers and clean install new ones from www.nvidia.com , that will fix it.
-
Nvidia 531.41 drivers not working
Just go to www.nvidia.com and just install them manually
-
Anyone issues with downloading drivers?
just download it from www.nvidia.com and worry about it next time
-
M15R6 wont detect RTX 3060
Run the program and remove and Nvidia GPU drivers that it finds. Grab the latest drivers from www.nvidia.com and try to install once DDU has removed all of the old ones. Make sure you restart after it's done.

Intel Mesa Vulkan Driver
Part of the Intel Graphics Compiler is open sourced here. IGC is a component of the driver which is used to compile shader code down to hardware specific ISA. There is a closed source half of it that is used on on the windows side, so in that way it is reused on both the open and closed source sides. I don't know if Mesa uses this, I'd kinda be surprised if it doesn't.

Analyzing the Assembly code
It's a bit tricky right now to figure out which registers store which variables, especially for pre-initialized registers. We're looking to improve this. The biggest complications are "implicit arguments" that need to be passed to the kernel but that aren't explicit arguments in your kernel signature. You can get a feel for the types of information that are passed to a kernel by looking at the Intel Graphics Compiler source.
