Time Gal on PSX
The core is still a work in progress and has some game issues. Especially if other PSX games have the inputs working correctly for you, it may be a core bug. I would recommend filing an issue at the core's github repo.

PlayStation 1 Core Now Officially Released for the MiSTer FPGA
But even that isn't updated anymore. Since a few days before the official release all the issues have been moved to the Github page of the core. https://github.com/MiSTer-devel/PSX_MiSTer/issues

Sound Working For Some Games on MiSTer FPGA PSX Core
A few hours ago, he committed reverb implementation, moving the SPU completion from 30% to 50% (by his estimates). Insane progress.

AzumFpg’s one was recently (about a week ago) integrated into the main MiSTer GitHub organisation https://github.com/MiSTer-devel/PSX_MiSTer so, unless there’s a massive shakeup that’s the one which’ll be in MiSTer long term

yes, that problem happens with the current stable mister build. you need to get the latest unstable from https://github.com/mister-unstable-nightlies/main_MiSTer/releases/tag/unstable-builds

It’s not that confusing, just get the latest PSX rbf file from here https://github.com/MiSTer-unstable-nightlies/PlayStation_MiSTer/releases/ and get the latest mister main from here https://github.com/MiSTer-unstable-nightlies/Main_MiSTer/releases/ make sure you have the BIOS scph1001.bin file renamed to boot.rom in your PlayStation games folder and it should work.
