Starting role as MAC admin
You will likely further down the road when you have the basics setup need this tool https://github.com/jamf/PPPC-Utility This is a very useful tool to create configs that allows you to deploy app permissions so the end user does not have to allow things. For example you could create a profile that gives Microsoft Teams camera and disk access for sharing files so it does not nag the user to allow it.

Privacy Settings via PPPC-Profile not visible?
we're currently using Jamf Connect and Intune to enroll our Mac´s. For the privacy settings, we're using the PPPC-Utility from Jamf. Now the question: After applying these PPPC-Profiles the silders (In Privacy Settings) are still turned off, but it seems to work. Is this behavior normal?

Getting around MacOS permissions in Intune
As for stuff like screen control, well yeah, macOS enforces the user clicking "allow" on a system level. There's a community .mobileconfig file you can upload to Intune. It won't auto-approve the screen share capability, but it does allow a standard admin to click Allow instead of needing admin.

Applying this profile will allow them to self approve screen recording for most apps: https://github.com/poundbangbash/community-screenrecording-pppc-profile/blob/master/ScreenRecording-All-Known-Test-Profile.mobileconfig

Screen Recording policy not applying to macOS
I'm trying to deploy this custom profile to my Macs managed by Intune but Intune says that this profile is not applicable to 100% of my machines.
