PKHeX VS PKHeX.Mobile

.state files are not supported, according to the readme here. (disclaimer: I never used PKHex myself though)

There is also a save game editor for Windows implemented in C#, which can be used to move/trade Pokemon: GitHub - kwsch/PKHeX: Pokémon Save File Editor

Maybe possible with pk3DS or you can try editing your save file with PKHeX.

Now there is a Android port for PKHex that has been abandoned, but probably would work for USUM. You have to build it yourself. Here is the link to that: https://github.com/kwsch/PKHeX.Mobile

Haven't used this myself since I don't play on mobile, but here's the official github by Kaphotics.

Sarcasm aside, I don't have enough free time to manage all the projects I've created. Nobody has contributed to the PKHeX.Mobile project besides me, and I'm not too familiar with mobile development & app stores.
