Yes! The module you want is https://github.com/Lavaeolous/PF1-StatBlock-Converter-Module. It's not always 100% perfect, but it definitely makes importing NPCs a whole lot less arduous. :D

Help with Passive Perception
there are several modules that let you see a token stats on mouseover, I would suggest Illandril's Token Tooltips, it will show its main stats like this https://github.com/illandril/FoundryVTT-token-tooltips/raw/master/screenshots/example-b.png?raw=true for dm/owners (passive perception would be the eye icon, configurable to show wathever you prefer) and a subset for non owners.

Cozy Player Replacement
I have used https://github.com/illandril/FoundryVTT-token-tooltips for tooltips on tokens. I haven't had any issues and looks like it was last edited 12 days ago, so it is still active.
What are some alternatives?
