ProTas Quick Start Guide - Just received your ProTas? READ THIS FIRST!
Creating angle & position offsets for your controllers in SteamVR using OpenVR Input Emulator. You can create and save an endless number or profiles, and change between them or your controller defaults whenever you want. While you can use this to overcome significant physical offsets, doing so is not recommended as the larger the physical offset you compensate for, the more 'off' the controllers feel to handle.

Dear Developers,
You can change the controller offset manually with this https://github.com/matzman666/OpenVR-InputEmulator/releases

VR Games with support for changing controller/pointer offset angle for someone with limited hands movement
I tried this build (https://github.com/matzman666/OpenVR-InputEmulator/issues/198)It appears to be more recent than the 1.3 release. It doesn't work with my Pico 3 Link. Got a "could not find device" error when doing "apply" but maybe it works with your HMD. There is also another fork (1.4) but same result for me (https://github.com/outerelocarlos/OpenVR-InputEmulator/releases/tag/v1.4)

OpenVR Input Emulator (unmaintained for a few years, might be broken)

Who should I contact to get the ability to calibrate my play space off-horizon so I can play games in bed?
OpenVR-InputEmulator has that ability under "Device Offsets". It hasn't maintained in years and for me it just crashes (weird nonstandard VR setup here), maybe you'll have more luck.

Are there tools available for someone with shaky hands?
OpenVR Input Emulator might be able to help. It has Motion Compensation options, which contain things like an avaraging and kalman filter option. I tried them out, but didn't get plain averaged controller movement. I think that this feature is specifically aimed at simulators with motion control platforms and not quite what you're looking for... I was going to suggest you create a feature request issue on the github page, but it seems that the main dev has dropped the project :\

Just came up with a really comfortable way to watch movies in VR using a mic stand. Finally no more pressure on my cheeks!
The SteamVR addon OpenVR-InputEmulator has that available under "Device Offsets". But the software is pretty old and last time I tried it, it just crashed, though that wasn't with a Quest2.

Menu Button issue
Well you could try VR input emulator. Not sure if it still works, hasn’t been updated in a long time but it used to be great. And yeahthe steam controller bindings partly depends on what control but you’re right the ui for it sucks and freezes up and shit. Idk why you have to be running vr to do it. I find if you put vrwebhelper.exe to high priority in task manager it functions way better.
