I need some help please, why would this train chose to que before the red exit signal instead of entering the green one like the other trains?
Personally, I've started playing the JGR PP fork of OpenTTD, which lets you do signalling logic without tricking the pathfinder like this. https://github.com/JGRennison/OpenTTD-patches

Logic Signal?
The closest thing to logic signals in JGRPP is programmable pre-signals. However most of the time you'd be better off with routefinding restrictions instead. This page may help a bit: https://github.com/JGRennison/OpenTTD-patches/wiki/Signalling You can do this with slots.

Is there a reason I cannot play this scenario?

Freeciv – open-source Civilization clone
I used to play for several weeks on the same game with people across different countries. Although the game is (was?) missing a way to send a message to notify players it’s time to play their turn, it’s not difficult to write a small python script to parse the log and send an email.
