Command and Conquer: Red Alert 2 on M1 MBP
OpenRA may be an option. It's an open source engine for older Westwood games, and it officially supports RA1, Tiberian Dawn (C&C 1) and Dune 2000. There's also a RA2 "mod" (in OpenRA parlance, a mod is a game).

OpenRA, an open source recreation of the Red Alert engine, should support it. It's experimental but it worked well enough when I tried it years ago.

There is a RA2 mod for OpenRA out there (and I have not tried this, though I have run OpenRA before), but of course that's not quite as good as a full remaster.
