Miro app is something like OpenBoard[0] white board app (which forked from Open-Sankoré 2.0, which was itself based on Uniboard).

There are so many FOSS STT API's i think it's just a a matter interest & some one will nicely integrate in into a IME like OpenBoard & get an almost as good an Gboard experience.

Just get yourself a drawing tablet and some whiteboard software like Openboard (http://openboard.ch).

Hello Calyx community! Ive been using the Calyx software for a few months now and love it, and have decided to try the impossible. I have a Grandmother who uses her phone for texting, calls, and facebook. unfortunately she relies on the google STT all the time, and if i switch her to Calyx, i dont want to put any google software on there. Ive found many "alternatives" but none that would directly suit her. The closest thing ive found is this VOSK fork which would work great for a power user, but unfortunately you have to switch the keyboard for it to work, instead of touching the microphone button on the keyboard (Like Kõnele) I would use Kõnele but that requires me to set up a dedicated server just for speech recognition, and the other projects ive seen (LocalTTS, Mozzila DeepSpeech) are all very confusing for me to understand, i can only imagine how my grandma would handle it.
